MBR(Master Boot Record): standard BIOS partition table

GPT(GUID Partition Table): Extensible Firmware Interface(UEFI)

you can have more than four partitions on each disk and use for disks larger than two terabytes(TB)

FAT(File Allocation Table): computer file system architecture and a family of industry-standard file systems utilizing it.

NTFS: the primary file system for recent versions of Windows and Windows Server—provides a full set of features including security descriptors, encryption, disk quotas, and rich metadata. Just used in Windows.

What happens to this setting?

Partitions are set as GB Raw. Because they don’t know what you want file system. So you need to format the disk.
